Changing Seasons

It’s the Chinese Mid Autumn Festival today. Coincidentally though, this is the Western calendar’s first day of fall.

Having enjoyed beautifully sunny temperatures the prior two weekends, I am content. Bring fall on! Think mugs of spicy warm apple cider, pumpkin picking, the brilliant fiery fall colors… And oh my new neon North Face windstopper jacket. Hehe.

We have got a jammed pack October lined up – weekends climbing, rafting, cycling, kayaking, and even a jaunt to DC! What’s there not to look forward to? And with every passing weekend, I come closer to the New Zealand trip. 🙂
