We have been making a firmer commitment to cooking more at home. Hopefully, we will continue to keep this up!
In the past two weeks since we got the crock pot, we have made: Coq au vin, beef stew, and spare ribs soup. Enough to last at least two dinners each time.
We’ve also made burgers (3 times), stir fried minced beef with rice, chicken rice, and bacon and omelette breakfasts.
Looking forward to trying out new recipes next week – lamb stew, orange and pineapple slow cooked chicken. Hehe.
