Pulled pork WIN!
Still amazed by how easy it was to cook, and even more amazed by how delicious the final output was. People who say they can’t cook just haven’t used a slow cooker before.
Just dump some garlic and onions (actually the more the merrier!) into the slow cooker, and add a cup of chicken broth to the mix. Rub tablespoons of brown sugar, salt, chilli powder, nutmeg and cinnamon to the hunk of pork shoulder, and toss it into the pot. Turn the slow cooker on low for 10 hours, and come home to mouth-watering aromas.
The meat simply fell off the bone when I picked it up, and shredding was an easy task of using two forks to pick at the meat. One fork into my mouth, the other into the serving bowl.
