I can consistently and quite easily do six dead hang pull ups at a time, which to my mind, isn’t anything to laugh at. But it seems that my personal trainer thinks I need to work on my shoulders.
Today she had me do 2 sets of of lifting 40 pounds. Killed me. That, coming on the heels of 2 sets of lunges while hoisting sixty pounds above my head. I guess I have no sense of whether that is lame or actually super intense like I felt it was.
